Scope These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of Head2Foot.
Contracting Party The purchase contract is concluded with Head2Foot, represented by Tamer Younes. Offer and Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.
Prices and Payment Conditions The prices quoted are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including value-added tax and plus any shipping costs of 7 CHF per order within Switzerland. Payment is made by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or invoice. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. Delivery Delivery takes place within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of payment. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Retention of Title The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. Data Protection We use your personal data exclusively for processing your order and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the registered office of Head2Foot. Final Provisions Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
